| No order shall be accepted unless accompanied by 50% advance.

| The supply of material (of the printed material) according to specimen, weight and quality is not guaranted due to acute shortage though a very effort will be made to meet the same.

| Delivery promises are in good faith but they are not guaranteed. Goods will have to be accepted if supplied late or suppliered in part.

| Minor changes due to non availability of material, paper, Plastic Raw Material and also changes in the colour scheme or pictures accepted.

| VAT/CST, CLOCK CELLS, PACKING AND FORWARDING CHARGES EXTRA AS APPLICABLE.

| Any dispute will be settled at Patiala Courts only.
